Terms and Conditions
General information and provisions Please read the following additional provisions carefully. The general contract and travel conditions of Liva Travel GmbH apply.
Registration and minimum number of participants for training camps with flights By registering, you accept our travel conditions. With the unconditional acceptance of your written, telephone or personal registration, a contract is concluded between you, as the person legally responsible (delegation of responsibility to a sports club is not permitted) and Liva Travel GmbH (Livia Sports is a brand of Liva Travel GmbH). Upon receipt of the booking/invoice confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the travel costs is due immediately. The remaining amount is paid in 3 installments; the last installment must be paid at least 4 weeks before departure. After receipt of the remaining payment, we will send you the travel documents; for technical reasons, only 1 week before departure. For short-term registrations/bookings (less than 15 days), the entire invoice amount must be paid when booking. The travel documents are handed over directly at the airport on the day of departure. The training camps are calculated with a minimum of 20 people per team. If individual teams do not reach this number of participants, this will lead to an increase in the advertised prices, which will be communicated to you when booking. We can try to get a football package under this brand, but these are usually correspondingly more expensive because the pitch rental is a flat rate and not per person. Special requests are only part of the contract if they have been expressly confirmed by Liva Travel GmbH / Livia Sports.
Discounts Early bird discounts, cash discounts and other services such as free jersey sets are only granted for bookings starting from the catalogue price. No discounts are granted for special price agreements/conditions. Discounts cannot be combined.
When booking When booking, the approximate number of participants is sufficient for us, however we need the definitive number of participants with the correct first and last names no later than one month after receiving the invoice/confirmation from Liva Travel GmbH. If we receive this information later than four weeks after the invoice/confirmation has been sent, the airline may charge processing fees which we will have to pass on to you. For more information on expenses, see Cancellations/Name Changes. In order to make the processing of all customer enquiries as transparent, quick and efficient as possible, the majority of correspondence is conducted via email. If you reply to an email, please include the entire text of the previous correspondence. Travel formalities Swiss citizens require a valid identity card or passport to travel to Turkey. Please check the nationalities of your travel group early on. Travel participants must obtain visas themselves, as a personal appearance at the relevant embassy/consulate is required. Please note that the visa formalities can take several days or weeks. You can ask the Turkish consulate which nationalities require an entry visa for Turkey.

Training / friendly matches and rules in bad weather Training materials are brought by the teams themselves. Unless otherwise stated and agreed, you are entitled to two training sessions per day, each lasting 90 minutes. The training times are coordinated by the hotels, but the earlier you book, the sooner we can confirm your desired training times. We try to agree the training times in advance, but often these can only be coordinated by the hotel on site. Unless otherwise stated, the individual teams are assigned to the various training times and pitches by the hotel management or the pitch owners. The owners of the pitches (usually the hotels themselves or the cities or municipalities) reserve the right to close the pitches if the bad weather persists because they are unplayable.
Training times will be reallocated and must be completed on the pitches allocated by the hotel, artificial turf or other alternative training options.
Cleated shoes are expressly not permitted. Anyone who does not comply with the local rules and regulations and thereby causes damage to the lawn must cover all repair costs. The costs of vandalism in the hotel rooms and throughout the hotel and training area are also borne entirely by the teams/clubs and must be paid immediately on site.
1 friendly match is included in our price unless otherwise stated. The referee costs are charged to the teams. We are happy to organize friendly matches for you against Swiss teams that are also staying in this region/hotel, or against local teams. If a local team is willing to play a friendly match, the costs for travel, pitch and food must be covered by the team from Switzerland. If you play a friendly match, this will take place instead of a training session unless otherwise stated.
All expenses and special requests that are not part of the contract are at the club's expense. Special requests and the costs for additional test matches, pitch rental, referee costs and other expenses for excursions and personal expenses are 100% borne by the players or the club and must be paid directly on site.
If changes are made after receipt of the participant list / name list, the following processing fees apply. To ensure a smooth check-in at the hotel, please give us the correct name list / room list before departure. In the case of short-term cancellations (two weeks before departure) there may be fees per person. (see cancellation cost scheme) You can fill out name lists / room allocation lists at www.livasports.ch and send them back to us by email.
For flight arrangements For flight arrangements, depending on the airline, we require the number of participants and the correct names/first names lists directly when booking or at the latest one month after receiving the invoice/confirmation from Liva Travel GmbH. Flight tickets are only issued shortly before departure in order to keep the costs of any changes (name/cancellations) low. For short-term registrations, the travel documents are handed in directly at the airport on the day of departure.
For Liva Travel GmbH / Liva Sports, the following processing fees apply for changes after receipt of the final name lists

If changes are made after receipt of the list of participants, the following processing fees of the respective airline apply.
The number of participants can always be increased as long as there are still free seats available in the same flight category. Depending on the short notice, the price will increase. All low-cost airlines / charter airlines have their own regulations. Any change to names and flight details is subject to a fee of CHF 70.00, plus any fare increase on the booking date, per person and flight route.
Flight ticket / cancellations will be charged at 100%. Any flight schedule and price changes remain expressly reserved.
Rules for withdrawal from the contract If you withdraw from the contract after receiving the invoice/confirmation and up to 42 days before departure, only a processing fee of CHF 3,000.00 per team will be charged. The withdrawal from the contract must always be notified in writing and by registered mail.
Cancellation policy Cancellations will be treated with the following costs. The cancellation of the contract must always be communicated in writing and by registered mail.

The liability/provisions for cancellation costs also apply if the participants do not show up at the airport on the day of departure or do not have sufficient travel and border documents and are unable to fly due to their own fault. Any rebooking and processing costs and fees for flights, hotels and no-shows, including taxes, are to be borne entirely by the player or the club and are 100% non-refundable! Cancellation insurance: In hardship cases, the cancellation costs will be covered by cancellation insurance, provided you have taken out such insurance. In the case of cancellation by individual people, the above rules apply and an additional processing fee of CHF 120.00 will be charged. Cancellation insurance will only be taken out upon express request. Price on request
